What sports do you cover?

Basketball, volleyball, track, and soccer at Herndon home games. I'm usually at 6–7 games a week during the season.

How do I find my athlete's photos?

Go to Find Your Photos and search by name. You can also browse by game on the Events page.

How fast do photos go up?

The team gallery is usually available within 24–48 hours after the game. Individual athlete tagging takes a bit longer. Expect your athlete's photos to start appearing within 48–72 hours as I process and validate the auto-tagging.

Why don't I see my athlete?

A few possible reasons:

• I might not have gotten to your game yet. I prioritize Varsity first, then JV, then Freshman. Same with seasons. I catch up on the current season before going back to earlier ones.
• I didn't get any shots I'd actually post. If all I got were bench shots, I'm not putting those up unless you specifically want them.
• Helmets and gear. If I can't see your athlete's face, read their jersey clearly, or their helmet number doesn't match their shirt, I can't identify them. Photos from those games may be missed altogether.

There's a photo in my gallery that isn't me.

Totally possible. I'm sorting through thousands of images to make it easier to find your athlete's photos, and the system isn't perfect. DM me on Instagram with a screenshot of the wrong photo and tell me the sport, level, and which game it was from. I'll get it fixed.

Why is my athlete on here?

If they showed up in one of my game photos, I made them a gallery. That's it.

Not interested? No problem. Just DM me on Instagram with:

• Their name
• Their team (like "HHS Freshman Volleyball")
• A link to their gallery or a photo they're in so I can find the right person

I'll take it down.

What do I get for $75?

A private SmugMug album dedicated to your athlete. As I process game photos, I tag your athlete and add their images. Every sport, every home game I shoot, all year. You can order prints, wall art, and photo books directly from SmugMug, or share the album link with family.

What if my athlete plays multiple sports?

All covered. The $75 includes every sport I shoot for the full school year. One album, everything in it.

What about custom editing?

Want specific photos color-corrected, retouched, or turned into something special? That's available for an additional fee. Just let me know which images and what you're looking for.

Can I gift an album?

Yes. Include the athlete's name and team when you pay, and let me know where to send the album link. Great for grandparents.

How do I sign up?

Venmo @karl-majer-photography with your athlete's name and team in the payment note. I'll set up the album and send you the link within a few days.
